Millcroft Greens Pre-Application Meeting

On Monday September 21st, 2020 at 7 pm,  Millcroft Greens will be holding their virtual pre-application meeting.  This is an important part of the planning process in the City of Burlington where the residents have an opportunity to raise concerns and suggestions regarding proposed development.  The level of interest, as indicated by the attendance and participation of the community, forms an impression on City staff and our elected officials about the proposed development issues and concerns.

The plans for the development will be formally presented on Monday evening as part of the virtual presentation however, Millcroft Greens has pre-recorded this part of the meeting and it can be viewed by clicking the link above.  We recommend that you listen to the presentation in advance of the meeting and formulate questions or comments accordingly.  We Love Millcroft and MAD will be allocated time for comments and questions.  This will be followed by an open session for residents to raise their questions. We strongly encourage everyone to make the best use of this meeting as an opportunity to comment on any concerns you have (the topics could include disappearance of the golf course, consistency with neighbouring homes, environment, traffic, noise, and overcrowding of schools and infrastructure to name a few). 

 The We Love Millcroft steering committee have been engaged in meetings and research to gain an understanding of the process ahead and the motivations of the participants.  We will have some comments and questions and encourage you to do the same.  If you have a concern that you may be unable to get through to ask you question, please submit them to us and we will ask them on your behalf if we have extra time.
