March 2, 2021 Statutory Public Meeting Details

March 2nd is the day for all of our residents to speak at the Statutory Public Meeting. There is only one of these!

You can connect from anywhere and be sure to unmute your mic to have your opinions heard! 

Important Details:

• Two Zoom sessions will take place: 1 pm and 6:30 pm

• All concerns will be considered, with the exception of builder profits which are excluded under the planning process. This is not the forum for this discussion.

Action Items :

• Register in advance to speak or take your chances.

  • 10 minute time limit on your presentation

  • When you register, specify in the comments section which session you will speak at. 

    • Registration Deadline: Monday March 1st @ noon

• Please encourage your friends and neighbours to tune in and share your views like it’s your last say on this.
